World of Warcraft PvP sucks balls. Everybody kicks the shit out of Shamans (and to a lesser degree, Paladins) while avoiding Warlocks, with their shoulderblades rolled up to their cranium in real life, waiting for the inevitable Rogue attack. And when they put Arena in people started judging you for your Arena rating – there’s truly nothing more pisstaking than a rogue saying “LOL NICE ARENA RATINGS” after you complain a rogue stunlocked you to death and you never had a chance to fight back.
The reason PvP sucks, is because it’s unbalanced. And it will always be unbalanced while there is a class that can turn fucking invisible, stun you, then kill you in 5-10 seconds while you can’t fight back. It’s like PvP for other classes was adapted to try and compensate for this (especially Warlocks) but the fact is that as long as a class exists that uses constant surprise attacks and catches everyone off guard, it not going to be balanced.
Just my two cents. You can guess I won’t bother with PvP anymore.
